Welcome to www.ionroad.com, a site dedicated to the "iOnRoad" application. "The Site" in these Terms of Use shall include, where appropriate, also the owners of the site, the managing body of the site and any of its managers, employees, shareholders and any other representative. The Site may from time to time operate any service, either through the Site or through other technologies on the Internet, cellular phones or any other platform(any and all such services, hereby the "Services").

These Terms of Use apply to every user of the Site and the Service, whatever use is made of it, without limitation.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES AND RELEVANT REMEDIES.

- User of any kind are also forbidden to act in any of the following manners with regard to the Site or the services:

Users shall be solely responsible for their User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it and the validity of the License they award the Site. The Site and Services are for the personal use of users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial enterprises or intentions. The User Content on the Site and Services does not reflect the views or policies of the Site.  The Site may, but is not obligated to, review any User Content, either public or private, and may delete or remove (without notice) any User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or for no reason. Nevertheless, do bear in mind that the Site has no control over any such User Content and it does not systematically monitor it or control it. 3.Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property

USERS SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SITE AND/OR COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR OTHERWISE ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH SAID USERS.

Users should be aware that the Site contains and/or indexes and/or searches Content of a variety of sorts, some of which may be harmful, offensive, indecent, objectionable, disturbing, in breach of any law, contract, intellectual property, illegal or damaging in any other way.The Site cannot control any such Content and assumes no responsibility whatsoever. 7.Indemnity

User shall indemnify and hold the Site, the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, partners, contractors and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, costs, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of the Site or the Services or any of the Content, in violation of the Terms of Use and/or arising from a breach of the Terms of Use and/or any breach of user's representations, warranties and undertakings set forth above and/or if any User Content posted on the Site or the Services causes the Site to be liable to another, to any damages, costs or other liabilities.

8.Disputes Resolution

By using the Site or the Services in any manner, users agree that in any dispute about or involving the Site or the Services, the dispute shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions and governed by these Terms of Use. In such a case, users agree to an exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the competent courts in the district of Tel Aviv Jaffa and there alone.

Other

The Terms of use constitute the entire agreement between users and the Site regarding any kind of use of the Site and the Services and all other related claims. Failure of the Site to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of the Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from the Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
